EBPC Facebook Recruitment Campaign

I was tasked with creating a series of job adverts for use on Facebook and other social media for an agency that specialises in recruitment within healthcare. The brief required adverts with spot illustration so they would stand out and also the inclusion of the extensive role requirements and preferred ‘skills’ in a reworked format that could be easily and quickly understood on social media posts.

I ended up creating the ‘Helping Heart’ character  and splitting the job data into role and required skills. The design and layout proved to be versatile and incredibly effective.
