Ambigramax – custom sans-serif font

A stylish futuristic sans font that makes creating ambigrams easy.
I was commissioned to create a font and type system that could be used to make easy word ambigrams.
Abigramax was my solution – a font that uses ligatures of all combinations of a standard alphabet. This then allows a person to type out a set of letters and create any word using the ‘Ambigramax’ technique. Those words will then look the same from left to right, right to left or upside down.
